RFP-PTC#033-2023: Consultancy Assignment to Formulate Business Development Plans for 20 SMEs in the Gaza Strip

PalTrade was established in 1998 as a non-profit, membership-based organization to “Lead the development of Palestinian export as a driving force for sustainable national economic growth”.

PalTrade is looking to hire a consultancy firm to develop 20 business plans for SMEs from garment/textile sector. This assignment aims to develop the technicalities to access markets and to sustain their business activities and supply chain by overcoming operational, production and marketing obstacles.

Interested companies that wish to receive the tender documents, shall take notice to the following dates and deadline:

• Tender fees : 100 NIS, Applicants will receive tender document  upon providing proof of transfer to PalTrade’s account (SWIFT), or through payment in PalTrade’s offices in person.  PalTrade members will not be subject to the aforementioned Fee.
• The deadline for receiving RFP documents shall be no later than Thursday 24th of Aug , 2023  until 12:00PM. The service provider shall send an email to procurement@PalTrade.org indicating as subject RFP-PTC-033-2023
• All inquiries shall be addressed, in writing by e-mail to procurement@PalTrade.org, the deadline for receiving any inquiries about the scope and this RFP contents is Monday 28th of Aug,2023 until 12:00PM. No inquiries shall be received after this date ; indicating as subject RFP-PTC-033-2023.
• The deadline for submitting the offers shall be no later than Wednesday 30th of Aug, 2023 until 12:00PM
