RFP-PTC-039-2022: Legal Advisor

PalTrade was established in 1998 as a non-profit, membership-based organization to “Lead the development of Palestinian export as a driving force for sustainable national economic growth”.

PalTrade has partnered with the UNDP to implement a project titled “Handicrafts Service Company”, which will see the establishment of an innovative Service Company called the “House of Crafts- HoC” in the handicrafts sector. This company aims to provide holistic business support to stakeholders in the handicrafts sector to improve their readiness for ethical sourcing markets and to establish sustainable linkages with global markets.

PalTrade is seeking candidates with immediate availability to serve as a Legal Consultant for this project to advise on and support on legal issues related to the establishment, registration, and operations of the House of Crafts- HoC service company.

Interested companies / individuals that wish to receive the tender documents, shall take notice to the following dates and deadline:

• The deadline for receiving RFP documents by email shall be no later than Tuesday Dec 6^th,2022 until 12:00PM. The service provider shall send an email to procurement@PalTrade.org showing their interest in participation to receive the documents; indicating as subject RFP-PTC-039-2022

• All inquiries shall be addressed, in writing by e-mail to procurement@PalTrade.org, the deadline for receiving any inquiries about the scope and this RFP contents is Wednesday Dec 7^th , 2022 until 12:00PM. No inquiries shall be received after this date ; indicating as subject RFP-PTC-039-2022

• The deadline for submitting the offers shall be no later than Sunday, Dec 11^th , 2022 until 12:00PM

• The winner company will bear the costs Jobs.ps and newspaper announcement.
