RFP #PTC-019-2023: Photography Services

PalTrade has partnered with the UNDP to implement a project titled “Handicrafts Service Company”, which will see the establishment of an innovative Service Company called the “House of Crafts- HoC” in the handicrafts sector. This company aims to provide holistic business support to stakeholders in the handicrafts sector to improve their readiness for ethical sourcing markets and to establish sustainable linkages with global markets

Paltrade and UNDP are seeking candidates with immediate availability to serve as the project’s photographer to take photos of artisans, materials, techniques used, and products sold through the House of Crafts The services of the photographer will be provided over the course of 4 weeks (9/7/2023 until 9/8/2023, Interested companies that wish to receive the tender documents, shall take notice to the following dates and deadline:

• Tender fees : 100 NIS, Applicants will receive tender document  upon providing proof of transfer to PalTrade’s account (SWIFT), or through payment in PalTrade’s offices in person.  PalTrade members will not be subject to the aforementioned Fee.
• The deadline for receiving RFP documents shall be no later than Sunday 2^nd July , 2023   until 12:00PM. The service provider shall send an email to procurement@PalTrade.org indicating as subject RFP-PTC-019-2023
• All inquiries shall be addressed, in writing by e-mail to procurement@PalTrade.org, the deadline for receiving any inquiries about the scope and this RFP contents is Tuesday 4^h  of July , 2023  12:00PM. No inquiries shall be received after this date ; indicating as subject RFP-PTC-019-2023.
• The deadline for submitting the offers shall be no later than Wednesday 5^th of July , 2023  until 12:00PM
