To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following: Legally registered with the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy (MoNE).
Tech or tech-enabled Startup or SME with a functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
 At least 1 year of operations, with demonstrated early traction (users, partnerships, or revenue).
 Annual turnover less than USD $2,000,000 and fewer than 49 full-time employees.
