Design of the Palestinian Pavilion at Gulfood 2026

We, the Palestine Trade Center – PalTrade, the national institution for export development and promotion, are preparing for the Palestinian participation in Gulfood 2026, which will be held in Dubai, from January 26–30, 2026. Accordingly, qualified and specialized design companies with relevant experience are invited to submit comprehensive and detailed proposals for the design of the Palestinian Pavilion, including a concept/theme for the pavilion, in accordance with the following conditions and specifications:

General Conditions:

• The bidding company must be officially registered.

• The company must have experience in exhibition, pavilion, and artistic design and decoration.

• The proposal must include the company’s profile, CV, and samples of previous exhibition-related projects, along with photos and reference contact details.

Technical Conditions:

• The proposal should include a quotation for designing the Palestinian Pavilion at Gulfood 2026, with a total area of 184 m², divided into two locations:

  • First location: 168 m²

  • Second location: 16 m²

• The selected company must commit to:

  • Providing a unique design for each participating company, while maintaining a unified pavilion theme and identity.

  • Submitting a detailed concept that specifies the construction method, materials, quantities, paint colors, furniture, electricity, etc.

  • Designing the pavilion to accommodate 13 Palestinian companies with different booth sizes.

  • Providing the final design in both 2D and 3D formats.

• The exhibited products will include: dates, oriental sweets, olive oil, biscuits, pickles, spices, ice cream, halva, and tahini.

• Prices should be quoted in U.S. Dollars, inclusive of VAT.

Special Conditions:

• The selected company must complete the final design by Sunday, November 30, 2025.

• A valid deduction-at-source certificate must be attached.

• The organizing body is not obligated to accept the lowest price.

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the terms mentioned in this RFQ, or cancel the entire tender without bearing any legal or financial liability, for any reason or under any circumstances.

Submission Deadline:

The deadline for submitting sealed quotations is Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM (noon).
