The company began the production of a wide variety of kids clothing and was later registered as a private limited company in 1995 as a company specializing in the production of high quality clothing and as a subcontractor for the production of sportswear and kids clothing for major global brands such as Diadora, Arena, Puma, Lacoste and other top clothing brands. In 2005 the company -according to its strategic plans - began a complete in-house production processes in order to meet local market requirements in addition to exporting abroad. Al-Ostaz Company currently specializes in production of kids clothing, and marketing children's clothing and fashion locally in the West Bank, Gaza Strip and Israel under SimSim brand name. The company also produces sportswear and underwear under Al-Ostaz brand name. The company applies comprehensive administrative and financial systems in order to best control the production, marketing, customer service and after-sales service operations. The company has recently developed a quality control department in order to achieve the highest level of quality production. Al-Ostaz Company currently employs some 120 skilled workers, and up to 150 workers in peak seasons, all of whom are working in synergy within a highly sophisticated production system. The current production capacity of the company exceeds 500,000 pieces a year, produced over a physical total allocated production space of 1500 square meters space that is equipped with more than 100 machines operating with the most advanced industry technology. Al-Ostaz Company regularly participates in local, Arab and international exhibitions offering top quality products. Al-Ostaz Company has a department specialized in pattern, design, printing and embroidery, which provides the production department with more than 130 new ideas per season, which enables the company to provide the target markets with unique products of high quality and competitiveness.
